CrossFit Hubtown offers several different membership options, most of which include unlimited class attendance. A 20% discount to Military personnel, Firefighters, Police, RCMP, corrections officers and Paramedics can be applied to any membership option. The discount will be applied upon presentation of ID.

Foundations Program (On Ramp)
$175 + tax

Our Foundations Program is required for anyone interested in joining our community. Those who have completed a similar On-Ramp or Foundations program from another affiliated CrossFit gym are exempted from this program.

The Foundations Program is designed to equip you with all of the knowledge you need to move comfortably into our group CrossFit classes. You will have the opportunity to work with our experienced coaches to develop a clear understanding of the fundamental movement patterns used in CrossFit. Our commitment to improving your physical health is paramount, and we want to give you every opportunity to meet your fitness goals.

The Foundations program consists of nine, one-on-one sessions catered to suit you. With each session, you will be individually assessed on your strengths and weaknesses, and we will work to help shape your fitness goals. Furthermore, you will be given detailed instruction to both learn and improve on CrossFit specific movements, followed by a workout to reinforce the lesson’s goals. The Foundations Program also allows you to attend Saturday group classes (10 am – 12 pm), scaled according to your capability, so that you can begin to get a feel for the community. These Saturday classes are not mandatory.
