Group CrossFit

Our Group CrossFit package provides complete access to all of our classes listed on the Online Calendar. CrossFit classes generally consist of a warm up, strength or skill session, and a daily workout. They are run by one of our experienced coaches from start to finish, wherein you will receive consistent feedback on movement and workout requirements. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside other like-minded people, who will help to motivate and encourage you throughout each class.

Apart from our regularly scheduled workouts, this package also allows you to attend our Olympic Lifting, mobility and open gym classes. These are all designed to attack your weaknesses, and increase your overall physical well-being. Feel free to contact us at any time to see which membership option will work best for you.

Olympic Weightlifting

We offer both generalized as well as specialized programming and coaching for Olympic Weightlifting athletes.

In our CrossFit Program, we introduce clients to the basics of the Olympic Weightlifting movements (the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk). However, our club program is designed to train and prepare athletes to compete in the sport Olympic Weightlifting. Coach Amanda is a Catalyst Weightlifting Coach L1, as well as NCCP Certified Level 1 Coach in Olympic Weightlifting. CrossFit Hubtown is an official NS Weightlifting Association Barbell Club.

Mobility

Apart from our regular workouts and Olympic Lifting sessions, it is important to take some time to focus on mobility. Frequently one of the least addressed issues related to muscle and joint well-being, our mobility sessions provide all the instruction you need to start feeling limber again. We offer weekly classes, lead by an experienced coach, who will take you through an hour of mobility, flexibility, and stabilization drills to ensure your body is ready to perform. Optimize your recovery by spending some time stretching with buddies! Mobility is offered as a part of our Group CrossFit package and is designed to supplement your fitness training.

Private Training

Private sessions allow us to work one-on-one with you to determine your strengths, address your weaknesses, and develop a plan to help you achieve your fitness goals. You will work directly with our Head Coach on any variety of metrics, including gymnastics, cardiovascular conditioning, weightlifting or nutrition. Individual Rates (per hour)

  • One session – $75.00 + tax
  • 5 Sessions – $325.00 + tax ($65.00 + tax/session)
  • 10 Sessions – $550.00 + tax ($55.00 + tax/session)
  • 15 Sessions – $750.00 + tax ($50.00 + tax/session)

Learn to Train – Kids Program

In our 6 week “Learn to Train” programs, children ages 8-14 learn some fundamental training principles while having fun with their friends. With a mix of fitness based games, generalized training, stretching and lots of laughs, this is the way to show your kids that being healthy can be fun.

The program runs on Saturday mornings, for 6 weeks. Our aim is to provide an opportunity for kids to get accustomed to the group fitness atmosphere, while reinforcing healthy movement patterns and building confidence. All classes are approximately 45 minutes, and are run by one of our experienced coaches. Please contact us any time to see when our next program cycle will begin.
